The development of usb swiper has allowed us to take our small business into it's rightful place in the business world. This application is not only affordable, it comes with a forum to troubleshoot, contact information for the developer and patient and educative owners. Drew has walked us through setting up the system, has addressed many of our personal needs within swiper- by alphabetizing the products list, adding different percentage discounts, different tax rates and they continues to keep their pricing affordable. We have tried to manage POS payments and contracts with other mac based POS providers and NONE compare to usb swiper. Drew has performed screen sharing with us many times- always eager to solve our immediate dilemma. The compact portability of the application and the ability to speak directly with the developer for troubleshooting has been a real pleasure. Buying Drew a beer to show our gratefulness for his efforts and keeping our POS system functioning at an affordable price is the reason usb swiper deserves the most innovative application award! I now have two art festivals under my belt using the USBSwiper system. Could not be happier. Prior to USBSwiper, I used an old fashioned knucklebuster credit card swiper. It worked, but at the end of a show I then had to go back to the hotel and enter all the receipts of the day into Virtual Terminal (I was already using PayPal for online transactions). Not exactly a relaxing end to a long day. Last summer we got a few credit cards that didn't have raised lettering, making the knucklebuster useless. In two cases we failed to write down the expiration date and people got my photos free. I looked at many, many solutions. You cannot beat USBSwiper for price or features. I have almost 400 items in my database and use the barcode scanner along with the swiper. Great way of keeping track of what sold. Much better than other systems that just allow you to enter a dollar amount. I like to know what sold. So thank you USBSwiper!

Through the initial installation with your tech support help, we were able to set up the software on all three computers being used. Your tech support help as well as the helpful video tutorials on your website allowed us to personalize the invoice to our specifications and create a very professional looking receipt for our auction buyers.
