Richard Freedkin has been involved with Real Estate for more than 30 years. Having quickly worked his way up the coporate ladder through-out his career, Richard has bought, sold, renovated, leased, managed, optioned, lease optioned, and successfully negotiated short sales on Millions of dollars of Real Estate.

Richard wrote a book about strategies involved in the Real Estate business that he sells at conferences where he speaks. He was the very first person to actually use USBSwiper in its most basic form and he was immedialy drawn to the idea.
