The development of usb swiper has allowed us to take our small business into it's rightful place in the business world. This application is not only affordable, it comes with a forum to troubleshoot, contact information for the developer and patient and educative owners. Drew has walked us through setting up the system, has addressed many of our personal needs within swiper- by alphabetizing the products list, adding different percentage discounts, different tax rates and they continues to keep their pricing affordable. We have tried to manage POS payments and contracts with other mac based POS providers and NONE compare to usb swiper. Drew has performed screen sharing with us many times- always eager to solve our immediate dilemma. The compact portability of the application and the ability to speak directly with the developer for troubleshooting has been a real pleasure. Hi Drew, Just wanted you to know that we LOVED your software and CC swiper, it worked very well at the NW WA Fair in Aug. I am going to use that same set up in my retail store inside the haunted house building up there in Oct. I am considering buying one of those little Acer laptops with an internal aircard, then taking you up on the extra $50, plus $1.50 per month to use your software to process CC tickets at our walk-up booth at the entrance to the haunted house. We used our wireless Sprint Router at the fair to run this first system on and we couldn't have been happier with it. (the wifi system the fairgrounds offered for $39.99 for the week of the fair, went down the 3rd day and they never got it going right, so only booths like us that were using their own aircards could take credit cards, I gave your name and info out to several vendors up there, and told them to go get an aircard thru their cell phone company and buy your system!!!).

After using the old "knuckle buster" for 6 years and having to enter all of my transactions in by hand on a terminall after each art fair, I had to find something different. I didn't want to use anything that worked with a mobile device because it's uncertain whether or not you'll have signal during a show. I stumbled upon USB Swiper via Google and downloaded the trial to test out. I chose not to get the swiper because I was unsure whether or not I would continue with the service. The software is FANTASTIC. I can export Excel files of my sales so I can keep track of inventory VERY easily. After I purchased the software I got the swiper and credit card transactions are a breeze. I no longer cringe when a customer hands me a credit card because the process is so simple! Customer service and support is fantastic as well. I'm very happy with the product!
